The Group publishes media releases to update investors on its business and financial results on a quarterly basis. Comet also publishes annual reports and half-year reports, which are prepared in compliance with Swiss stock corporation law and IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS). Important price-sensitive events are communicated in a timely manner via electronic media and in accordance with the Directive on Ad Hoc Publicity (i.e., the ad hoc disclosure requirements) implemented by SIX Exchange Regulation AG.
